And who loved the book and who can't wait to read the next one.<br /><br />All three of your points are too true. But it's also true that sometimes someone you don't know buys your book and writes you an email telling you how much they enjoyed it. And sometimes someone in social media adopts you as their pet project and makes it their business to talk about your books.
